fresh & simple chili sauce

At Ere Perez, we love Diana’s recipes! Diana Tencic is a coach at BodyBeWell. In her blog, together with her partner Ross, she shares with us how to fit it in, and make food and fitness a part of our life journey.

Here is a simple fresh and vegan recipe for a chili sauce.

First, prepare:

  • 7 fresh chili
  • 6/7 cloves of garlic
  • 2 spring onions
  • 4 macadamia nuts

Pop them in a blender till a paste forms

Then, in a medium pan add:

  • One tablespoon of rice malt syrup.
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil.

Add the paste and simmer for 5 minutes


  • 1/2 cup of water
  • salt and pepper

Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

Store in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.”
