“In order to achieve external changes, it is paramount to change authentically from our inner self. This will give these new changes a clearer path to move along. For example, it is harder to achieve weight loss if you have an unhealthy relationship with food, or harder to have a positive mindset towards a challenge you’re facing if you don’t feel confident. Here, I will give you 3 tips to reach your fullness from the inside out and thus, achieve your goals once and for all. Remember, health comes from within.
Dedicate yourself 5 minutes every day when you get up or before going to sleep. In that time, ask yourself the following questions: Do I feel complete? What would I do if I was not afraid? Do I feel fulfilled? Let the ideas flow and try not to control your thoughts.
Once your feelings are identified, focus on healing them. If you want to work with those emotions that are blocking you, it can be beneficial to ask a specialist for help. The strongest people are those who ask for and accept help.
- Practice, practice and practice
Just as we go to the gym to work our muscles, practising introspection helps us exercise our mind and heart. It’s an everyday job.
Always remember: if you are OK, everything else will be in place. You’re worth it.”
