Maximize your energy

Have you ever had a phase in your life where you feel constantly drained? It’s so frustrating not have the energy to do what you need to!

There are various reasons for this, but one could be your cortisol levels. Cortisol is our stress hormone, it releases energy into our body in quick response to feelings of risk or stress.

This boost of energy is great for dealing with the immediate situation, but once it wears off you can be left feeling extremely drained. If you have a constant level of stress then it’s likely that your cortisol levels aren’t healthy and your energy is being consumed much faster than it should be. This is why it’s important to try and lower the amount of stress you’re feeling.

Sometimes you think you can’t help feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but here are some tips for finding a balance:

  • Exercise – help relieve stress and anxiety by getting outside and being active. It’ll help to build a positive attitude for the day!
  • Make sure you are getting enough Vitamin B and C
  • Give sugar a break in your diet
  • Try herbal supplements like Maca
  • Drink tea instead of Coffee
  • Listen to music

¿Alguna vez has tenido una etapa en tu vida en donde te sientes constantemente agotado? ¡Lo frustrante es que no tienes la energía para hacer lo que necesitas! Hay varias razones para esto, pero una podría ser tus niveles de cortisol.

El cortisol es nuestra hormona del estrés. Libera energía en nuestro cuerpo en respuesta rápida a sensaciones de riesgo o estrés. Este impulso de energía es grande para hacer frente a la situación inmediata, pero una vez que desaparece puede dejar una sensación de extremo cansancio.

Si tienes un nivel constante de estrés, entonces es probable que tus niveles de cortisol no sean saludables y tu energía se esté consumiendo mucho más rápido de lo que debería. Por esto es importante tratar de disminuir la cantidad de estrés que sientes.

A veces puedes sentir que es imposible dejarte de sentir estresado y abrumado, aquí te daremos uno tips que te ayudarán a encontrar el balance:

Haz ejercicio: te ayudará a controlar el estrés y ansiedad al salir afuera y estar activo. ¡te ayudará a tener una actitud positiva en el día!

  • Asegúrate de estar consumiendo suficiente vitamina B y C
  • Rompe relación con el azúcar
  • Toma suplementos herbales como la Maca
  • Toma té en lugar de café
  • Escucha música
