zero waste: ideas to reduce the use of plastic

Ainoha, founder of the blog “Vanguardia Sustentable” shares with us 10 ideas to reduce plastic. Keep reading “Inspiration, ideas and will. That’s all we need to make changes to our daily habits to feel in harmony with ourselves and with the planet. Inspiration invites us to reflect. Ideas help us to concretize our inspiration. sharing the love of natural with my mum

When I was a young girl, I loved watching my mum do her daily beauty routine. Even back then she used natural ingredients to look after her skin. She slept with aloe vera on her face, exfoliated with sugar and honey and only used natural creams to moisturise. I think that’s when I started to love healthy skin! My mother was a nurse, but definitely an alternative one! She is passionate about natural health and she has always relied on homemade remedies. One of the traditions we still share together is to make and apply our natural homemade mask. This Mother’s Day, I’m happy to share our favourite recipe, it’s very easy!
